I am 5'6", 36DDD, and usually wear a swim bottom medium. When swim tops or bras are general sizes (S,M,L,XL,etc.) I usually get a large because bigger than that tends to have too much band length. I got a size large. Because of the ties, the bottoms fit fine but are sort of a low-rise style. The top is less fabric than I had hoped. Anyone with a larger chest should tread cautiously-- this is probably not a great pick.As expected, this swimsuit is definitely on the revealing side. That's not a critique on my end, just something to consider if you're looking for something more modest.I'm not sure if the material would work in water or not; it's not a typical swim fabric. I'm not going to test it out because I might return this swimsuit.Overall very cute. For the price, lack of many reviews, and pictures, I feel like it's pretty much what I expected to receive. If you want something mostly for aesthetics and are on a budget, this would be a good option.
