Plus Size Tankini Swimsuits for Women - 2 Piece Flowy Bathing Suit with Shorts | Beach & Pool Wear

The top is exceptionally well made I Purchased a 16, (I am 12-14 L to XL 38 F) and prefer my swimsuits to modestly for my large chest but still provide shape. The straps are wide, double stitched and adjustable. The double strap back is so fantastic. No skin buckling or pinching, or digging in from the straps hardware. The material lays beautifully across the skin. It cups the breasts nicely. Support for large breasted women is perfect- all the way around front to back. The top is flowing and comfortable. The print is very cute with a retro throw back feel. I did return this suit but felt it deserved a high rating and wanted to give it a good review. I did consider keeping it but was not in love with it. It is hard to find cute plus sized swimsuits that I can feel some what confident wearing. Additionally I am not typically a fan of long top tankinis. I find that usually they are drapery that just makes me look frumpy. This suit is very cute. The cherry print makes is far more attractive. Unfortunately though, the boy shorts are not very good. They are not quite a mid rise that lay on the belly button / slightly below making what I like to call: the rubber band effect. The leg is poorly designed in that it has a single stitch that pulls and doesn’t lay well on the skin. The shorts are the typical what you would expect to see with a cheap made plus sized tankini. Its not a plus sized short, in the fact that it is definitely not designed for curves. So if you got a booty, expect it to act like a very uncomfortable brief instead of a well cut boy short made for curves. If you are ok with buying swim suit separates and finding a different bottom the price is still a great price for the top. Side note: I am not a fan of the under side of the tops material. The material isn’t a solid black or red underneath the top is white and single layer. I have a personal preference that when I buy a suit that it is either double layered to match the print or the single layer fabric is a solid color that matches the print. That being said, if the shorts were nice I would have kept the suit because I really loved the way the rest of the top is made and would have lived with it being what I would have considered: unfinished. All in all, I recommend the suit for anyone who prefers a long length tankini.
